Willie Readus moved to Tallinna Kalev

Willie Readus (201 cm, Delta State’14) has signed on the dotted line for Tallinna Unikool/Kalev in the Estonian Alexela KML to close out the season. This will be the Americans’ first position of the 2016/2017 season. Last summer Willie Readus played for Fuerza Guinda de Nogales (Mexico, CIBACOPA) during the summer of 2016. Through that stint he offered numbers of 20.5 points and 9.2 rebounds over 31 games and was the second best rebounder in the league.

Interestingly, this will be the first time that the power forward has played in Europe. His previous posts have been in Uruguay, Mexico, and Argentina. Readus is a product of Delta State and left the school in 2014.
