Will Hanley leaves Valencia

Will Hanley (200 cm, Bowdoin’12) has parted company with Valencia Basket from Spain’s ACB after six weeks with the team. Hanley is in his rookie season after leaving Bowdoin last summer and the switch to Valencia marked his first transfer as a pro after he had started the season with Oviedo Club Baloncesto from Spain’s LEB Silver. The swingman featured 20 times for Oviedo Club and offered averages of 17.7 ppg and 11.2 rpg.

Those averages were enough for Will Hanley to attract the attention of Valencia and the 23-year old moved in March. With Valencia the Irish-American played just four games with averages of .5ppg and 3.5rpg.
