Vladimir Golubovic to Grissin Bon RE

Vladimir Golubovic (212 cm) has been added by Grissin Bon Reggio Emila (Italy-Serie A) to strengthen their frontcourt rotation for the rest of the season. The veteran big man has dual citizenship from Serbia and Montenegro. He has been a member of the Montenegrin national team from 2008-2012 and again in 2014. This 2015-16 Vladimir initially signed with French club Strasbourg IG (France-Pro A). He played 10 games for them in the Turkish Airlines Euroleague and was able to produce averages of 11.5 ppg and 6.2 rpg. Golubovic also appeared in 14 games in the domestic French league and there he posted averages of 6.6 ppg and 4.2 rpg.
