Viktor Sanikidze departs Unics Kazan

Georgian import Viktor Sanikidze (203 cm) is no longer with BC Unics Kazan (Russia-Superleague) after representing them in three leagues in 2014/15. He played 13 games for them in the Turkish Airlines Euroleague where he produced averages of 4.4 ppg and 3.3 rpg. Viktor played three games for them during their run in the Eurocup and there he averaged 4.7 ppg and 6.0 rpg. Lastly, the forward was able to play nine games for Unics Kazan in the VTB United league where he registered averaged 4.5 ppg and 4.0 rpg.

In 2013/14 Sanikidze played for CAI Zaragoza (Spain-Liga Endesa). He averaged 8.8 ppg and 5.3 rpg in 16 Eurocup games, as well as 9.2 ppg and 5.4 rpg in the Spanish league.
