Verdell Jones III (195 cm, Indiana’12) is a recent addition to the roster of Entente Orleans 45 (France-Pro A) this 2016-17 season. The 27-year-old Indiana product spent the 2015-16 season playing in the NBA D-League for the Santa Cruz Warriors. Jones logged a total of 50 games for the Warriors and was able to produce averages of 16.1 ppg and 3.8 apg. He was the 56th pick (3rd round) of the D-League draft in 2015. Prior to that, he saw some action in the Far East for the Fukushima Firebonds (Japan-BJ League). Verdell delivered averages of 19.5 ppg and 5.9 apg in 46 games for the Japanese club.
