Tibor Pleiss heads to Barcelona

FC Barcelona (Spain-Liga Endesa) has landed the services of young German big man Tibor Pleiss (215 cm) for the 2014-15 season. The 22-year-old Pleiss has been a member of the German National Team from 2009 up to the present.

He has played the last two seasons for Laboral Kutxa (Spain-Liga Endesa). In 2013-14 he honed his talents in two leagues while on the roster of the Spanish club. In 24 Euroleague games managed to post averages of 12.0 ppg and 5.4 rpg. Tibor also logged 34 games for them in the domestic Spanish league and there he averaged 12.7 ppg and 6.5 rpg.
