Thaddus McFadden moves to PAOK Thessaloniki

PAOK Thessaloniki (Greece-A1) has acquired Thaddeus McFadden (188 cm, Fairmount State ’09). He previously played for Sluc Nancy Basket Pro (France-ProA) earlier this season. In 14 games, he started three, and averaged 12.4 ppg while shooting 38 percent from the field. The 29-year-old guard had not played in the French league prior to this season, and won’t any longer.

Prior to joining the Sluc Nancy, McFadden played two seasons with AEK Larnaca (Cyprus-Division A). He set career-highs with Larnaca. The guard racked up 15.6 ppg while shooting 47 percent in his first season. His scoring then rose to 17.6 ppg in the 2015-2016 season, where he played a crucial role for the Cypriot team.
