Siroki Primorka

The Bosnian Cup came to an exciting conclusion with HKK Siroki Primorka coming away with the 77-76 victory over BC Igokea Aleksandrovac. The match was a tightly contested affair towards the end. Siroki was in control for the first three quarters. A fourth-quarter run by Igokea forced an implosion and took the lead away from their opponents. Igokea was up 76-75 with less than a minute left in the game and it looked like they would come away with an amazing comeback win. Siroki’s Jonathan Jones heroically finished with a successful layup with eight seconds left on the clock and sealed the one-point margin for his team’s victory.

Jones was a true leader for Siroki as he ended with a game-high 23 points. Ivan Buva provided him with ample support as he came away scoring 20 points of his own. Jossip Bilinovac and Domagoj Bosnjak added 10 points each.

Igokea was led by Branko Jorovic who paced his team with 20 points. Uros Mirkovic contributed 11 points.
