Sasa Zagorac joins Sopron KC

Sasa Zagorac (206 cm) will continue his professional career this 2017-18 playing for Sopron KC (Hungary-A Division). Sasa is a 33-year-old Slovenian player who has been with the Slovenian player since 2015. The veteran played for two teams in 2016-17. He began the season with Lukoil Academic Sofia (Bulgaria-NBL). Sasa played two games for Lukoil Academic in the Basketball Champions League and averaged 9.0 ppg and 2.5 rpg. He played nine games in the FIBA Europe Cup and there he managed to average 10.4 ppg and 3.8 rpg. In 11 Bulgarian League games, Zagorac posted averages of 7.9 ppg and 4.4 rpg.

In January 2017 Sasa moved to Parma Basket Perm (Russia-VTB), where he ended up finishing off the remainder of the season. He played 11 games there and averaged 10.5 ppg and 5.9 rpg.
