Sandro Nicevic returns to Cibona

KK Cibona VIP Zagreb has signed Sandro Nicevic (210 cm) to a one-month contract. The Croatian player played for Fabi Shoes Montegranaro from Italy’s Serie A in the 2011-12 season. Nicevic, whose grandmother is from Italy, played 27 games for the Italian team where he averaged 3.7 ppg and 1.4 rpg. Before playing for Montegranaro, Nicevic played for Benetton Trevisio from 2008-2010. In 2009 Nicevic was part of the squad that made it to the Italian Cup Semifinals, the Italian Serie A Semfinals, and the Eurocup quarterfinals. Nicevic actually played for Cibona in the earlier part of his career, from the late 90s to the early 2000s.
