Samardo Samuels joins EA7 Armani

Former Cleveland Cavalier Samardo Samuels (206 cm, Louisville’10) has been added by EA7 Emporio Armani Milano from Italy’s SerieA. The Jamaican will join the Italian club this 2013-14 season.

Samuels began the 2012-13 season as a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers. He played 18 games coming off the Cavs’s bench and averaged 3.2 ppg and 1.6 rpg. In December 2012 he moved to the Canton Charge of the D-League. He played only two games for them, but averaged 20.5 ppg and 10.5 rpg. He transferred to the Reno Bighorns in January 2013 and there he averaged 19.8 ppg and 10.3 rpg in 32 games. Finally, in April 2013 he signed with Hapoel Migdal Jerusalem (Israel-Winner League) and he hit averages of 12.2 ppg and 4.0 rpg.
