Sam Muldrow leaves Dnipro

American forward Sam Muldrow (205 cm, South Carolina’11) has left Ukrainian Superleague team SK Dnipro Azot Dniprodzerzhynsk by mutual agreement. The 24-year old has played 38 games with Dnipro since joining the team at the start of this season. In those 38 games he has posted averages of 11.9ppg, 7.6rpg and 3.1bpg.

Last season Sam Muldrow played in Greece with Aris Thessaloniki (A1) and finished third in the league for blocks with an average of 1.3bpg. The 2011-2012 season with Thessaloniki was the player’s first as a pro and he backed up his strong blocking average with 6.8ppg and 5.5rpg over 26 games. Muldrow also showed off his blocking prowess in the Eurocup where he was the tournaments number one block specialist with 2.3bpg over 8 games.
