Sam Muldrow joins Pieno Zvaigzdes

Sam Muldrow (205 cm, South Carolina’11) has signed with Pieno Zvaigzdes Pasvalys (Lithuania, LKL) just hours after confirming his departure from Ukrainian outfit SK Dnipro Azot Dniprodzerzhynsk (Superleague). Muldrow has been playing with Dnipro since the start of the 2012-2013 season and has played 38 games with the team this season and averaged 11.9ppg, 7.6rpg and 3.1bpg.

Sam Muldrow is in his second year as a pro after graduating from South Carolina in 2011. The 24-year old forward is known as a strong blocker and in the 2011-2012 season he finished with the highest blocking averages in the Eurocup while playing with Greek A1 team Aris Thessaloniki. In his 8 Eurocup games with Thessaloniki Muldrow secured 2.3 blocks per game.
