Ryan Toolson pens new deal with Malaga

Ryan Toolson (193 cm, Utah Valley’09) will return to Unicaja Malaga (Spain, Liga Endesa and Euroleague) after extending his contract with the club. The guard joined the Spanish outfit at the start of the 2013/2014 campaign and played during the Euroleague and Liga Endesa seasons. From 35 league appearances the American logged numbers of 11.3 points, 1.4 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game. Toolson’s performances in the Euroleague brought averages of 7.2 points and 1.1 boards from nineteen appearances.

Before joining Unicaja, Ryan Toolson was wearing the jersey of Herbalife Gran Canaria where he played 38 games and averaged 14.2 points and 2.3 rebounds per game. The 29-year old has featured for Benetton Treviso (Italy, Serie A) and Aliaga Petkim (Turkey, TBL) in the past.
