Rodrique Benson inks in Taiwan

Rodrique Benson (207 cm, California’06) has moved to the Taiwanese SBL and will wear the colours of the Bank of Taiwan franchise. The 30-year old power forward has played the last four seasons in the South Korean Basketball set up, playing for Mobis Phebus, Changwon Sakers, and Dongbu Promy. During the 2013/2-14 campaign with Mobis Phebus, the American played in 61 games and picked up averages of 12.8 points and 8.6 boards per game, he was the third best rebounder in the division.

Rodrique Benson is well-travelled and has also played in the USA and France. He was a regular in the development league in the US before moving to Southeast Asia where he has carved a new chapter in his hoops story.
