Rod Brown stays in London

American-British point guard Rod Brown (186 cm, West Michigan’00) has been extended by the London Lions (United Kingdom, BBL) after impressing with the franchise since joining in March of this year. The 34-year old featured 8 times for the Lions this season after joining from fellow BBL franchise the Plymouth Raiders. Over those 8 games the veteran secured averages of 14.4ppg, 4.6rpg, and 4.4apg.

Rod Brown has had a varied career, one that has seen him play in Switzerland, Cyprus, Italy, Spain, and Greece. London Lions Head Coach Vince Macaulay expressed his delight at securing Brown for another season and also promised a bright campaign for the franchise.
