Robert Battle heads to Quimsa

Robert Battle (205 cm, Drexel’03) will be making his way to a new team within the Argentinian LigaA. In 2014-15 the veteran big man will be playing for Asociacion Quimsa Santiago del Estero. In the 2013-14 season he was on the roster of Aerochaco Boca Juniors Capital Feder (Argentina-LigaA). Battle played five games for them in the Liga Sudamericana and averaged 13.6 ppg and 9.0 rpg. In the domestic Argentinian league Robert put together averages of 11.9 ppg and 7.8 rpg in 38 games. He moved to the Boca Juniors after a short run with the Marinos de Anzoategui (Venezuela-LPB) and there he averaged 10.5 ppg and 5.5 rpg in 15 games.
