Italian club Grissin Bon Reggio Emilia (Italy-Serie A) is bringing back veteran Lithuanian player, Rimantas Kaukenas (192 cm, Seton Hall’00) this 2016-17. He was a former member of the Lithuanian national team from 2000 to 2012. The 39-year-old Kaukenas will be entering his third straight season with the organization. His presence on the team will bring some stability and continuity as Grissin Bon makes a push for a deep post-season run. Rimanatas played six games for them in the Eurocup and averaged 11.2 ppg and 2.7 apg. He also played in 34 games in the domestic Italian league and there he posted averages of 12.9 ppg and 2.6 apg.
