Real Club de Lima clinched the Peruvian Liga de Lima title with a 76-70 home win over Regatas de Lima in the deciding game of the championship series. The champs came back from 2-1 down in the series to claim two consecutive victories and wrap up the title in Game 5. It was a close game between the teams as the score remained tight throughout the contest, however the hosts managed to outpace Regatas. It was the second Peruvian league title in the history of Real Club and the team was paced to victory by Dallas Hunter, who ended his quality series with the finals MVP award.
