Pedja Stamenkovic (190 cm) will continue his professional career this 2016-17 season as a fresh addition to the roster of Trefl Sopot (Poland-TBL). Stamenkovic is a 28-year-old Serbian player who was a former member of Serbia’s U20 national squad. In 2015-16 the player lent his talents to BCM U Pitesti (Romania-Liga Nationala). He managed to appear in a total of 17 games for his former team and posted averages of 5.9 ppg and 2.5 rpg. Pedja parted ways with Pitesti in February 2016 and did not sign with another team after that. This will be a fresh start for the guard who will get a change of scenery in the Polish league.
