Orien Greene picked up by Al Ahli

Veteran Orien Greene (193 cm, University of Lousiana-Lafayette’05) has been signed to a deal by Al Ahli (Bahrain-Premier League) this 2017. Greene was arrested earlier this year on suspicion of breaking and entering. He was originally slated to play for Guaros de Lara (Venezuela-LPB) before he landed the deal with Al Ahli.

In 2015-16 Orien played five games for Louaize (Lebanon-Division A) where he posted well-rounded averages of 17.8 ppg, 5.6 rpg, and 5.0 apg. He later moved back to the United States and signed with the Florida All-Stars (ABA).
