Nicholas Wiggins on the move to Orangeville A’s

Nicholas WigginsNicholas Wiggins (198 cm, Wichita State ’14) signed a deal with the Orangeville A’s (Canada-NBL). The move to Canada follows a two-month stint playing for KK Rabotnicki AD Skopje (Macedonia-Prva Liga). Wiggins averaged 10.1 ppg, 4.5 rpg in 19.1 mpg while appearing in eight games for Rabotnicki. In 2015/2016, Wiggins also played for the Mackay Meteors (Australia-State League) as well as going back and forth with the 905 Raptors in the D-League. He made his way to professional basketball after playing for the Wichita State Shockers from 2012-2014. There, he came off the bench for the Shockers while averaging 5.0 ppg.

Wiggins is the older brother of Andrew Wiggins who plays for the Minnesota Timberwolves in the NBA. Andrew was the first pick in the 2014 NBA draft. Both of the brothers grew up in Toronto, Canada.
