Myck Kabongo joins Sodertalje

Myck Kabongo (190 cm, Texas’13) will play professional ball in Europe for the first time after inking with Sodertalje Kings in the Swedish Basketligan. The guard played in the NBA Pro Summer League Las Vegas during the summer, featuring in two games for the Toronto Raptors and averaging 4.7 points, 1.3 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 1.0 block per game.

The Congolese who holds dual citizenship in Canada wore the colours of the Austin Toros during the 2013/2014 season, his first in pro Basketball. During the term he played 44 games and averaged 9.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 4.7 assists, and 1.1 steals per game. Myck Kabongo will now head to Sweden for the coming campaign.
