Mike Green joins AEK Athens

 Mike Green (185 cm, Butler’08) will continue his professional career this 2017-18 on the roster of Greek club AEK Athens (Greece-A1). He spent his 2016-17 season playing for a couple of teams in the Turkish BSL. Mike started off with Best Baliksehir Basketbol Kulubu (Turkey-BSL). He logged eight games for them and averaged 15.3 ppg and 8.3 apg.

In December 2016 Green took his talents to Pinar Karsiyaka SK Izmir (Turkey-BSL). In 20 Turkish League games, Mike was able to put together averages of 15.9 ppg and 5.6 apg. He also appeared in 11 games for them in the Basketball Champions League, there he registered averages of 12.5 ppg and 4.8 apg.
