Louis Monks inks with Al-Janoub

Nift Al-Janoub (Iraq, Superleague) has announced a newcomer to the roster in the form of Louis Monks (190 cm, Prairie View A&M’14). The guard has been playing for Puerto Montt in the Chilean Liga Nacional during the 2016/2017 season so far. Louis Monks was a regular for the club and over 37 games he achieved good numbers of 20.3 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per appearance.

The American played for Banska Bystrika in the Slovakian league during the 2014/2015 season, which was his rookie campaign. During that stint Monks played 35 times and grabbed averages of 12.5 points and 3.8 rebounds per appearance.
