LeBron James Seventh Player to Score 30,000 Points

LeBron James LeBron James has achieved an NBA scoring milestone. He has become only the seventh player in history to score 30,000 points. At 33 years and 24 days, James is also the youngest player to achieve the said milestone, eclipsing Kobe Bryant who previously held the distinction at 34 years and 104 days.

James joined the elite club during the Cleveland Cavaliers’ game against the San Antonio Spurs. He finished the game with 28 points, nine rebounds, and seven assists. Unfortunately, the Cavs fell to the Spurs, 102-114.

The other members of this prestigious club are Kareem Abdul-Jabar, Karl Malone, Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, Wilt Chamberlain, and Dirk Nowitzki.

This momentous occasion only serves to add further credence to including James in the conversation for being the “Greatest of All Time.”
