Laprovittola to sign with Flamengo

Nicolas Laprovittola (187 cm) will soon get his first crack at hoops outside of Argentina. The Argentinian player is set to sign with Clube de Regatas do Flamengo from Brazil’s NBB.

Laprovittola has played for Lanus Buenos Aires (Brazil-LigaA) from 2007 to 2013. In the 2012-13 season he averaged 10.4 ppg and 3.7 apg in the Argentinian league. He played nine games for them in the Liga Americas and averaged 11.0 ppg and 4.2 apg. Lanus finished as the Liga Americas runner-up, the Argentinian LigaA regular season runner-up, and reached the Argentinian LigaA finals in 2013.
