Kareem Johnson (203 cm, Cincinnati’04) has been picked up by the Pacific Jewellers Saints (New Zealand, NBL). The American has played extensively in the New Zealand top flight before, including last season when he featured for the HBS Banks Hawks. With the Hawks the power forward played twenty games and put together solid averages of 14.0 points and 9.4 rebounds per game. He also represented the Hawks during 2012 through seventeen game and he logged numbers of 14.1 points and 8.3 boards per contest.
Kareem Johnson has previous experience playing in Switzerland, Spain, Uruguay and Finland in the past. The 35-year old veteran left Cincinnati in 2004.
