Justin Harper signs for Tel Aviv

Justin Harper (208 cm, Richmond´11) will return to European Basketball this season after signing for Hapoel Tel Aviv (Israel, Winner League and Euroleague). The forward will sign to the European giants Tel Aviv after recently completing the NBA Summer League´s in Las Vegas and Orlando where he played for the Cleveland Cavaliers and Indiana Pacers respectively.

Last season Justin Harper was signed by the Orlando Magic (NBA) but played for the Idaho Stampede during much of the campaign. For the Stampede the American played 41 games and secured averages of 11.7 points and 6.5 rebounds per game. During the 2010/2011 season Harper played in France for ProA team Strasbourg IG.
