Lithuanian club B.C. Zalgiris Kaunas (LKL) have found their new point guard for the upcoming season in import Justin Dentmon (182 cm, Washington’09). The 27-year-old Dentmon was a busy journeyman during the 2012-13 season, playing five teams in total.

He started off in China with the Fujian Quanzhou Bank, but was only with the team up to the pre-season. Dentmon then moved to the D-League’s Austin Toros where he played in 18 games and averaged 17.8 ppg and 4.1 apg. In January 2013 Justin transferred to the Frisco Texas Legends (D-League). There he managed to hit averages of 26.8 ppg and 3.6 apg. This caught the eye of the Dallas Mavericks and they added the player in March 2013. He appeared in two games, failing to score any points. A month later he was sent back to the Frisco Texas Legends. In April 2013 he headed to Puerto Rico to play for the Capitanes de Arecibo (BSN), where he posted averages of 14.8 ppg and 4.7 apg in 16 games.
