Javon McCrea (201 cm, Buffalo’14) will continue his professional basketball career this 2018 as a fresh addition to Santeros de Aguada (Puerto Rico-BSN). McCrea departed the Walter Tigers Tuebingen (Germany-BBL) this March 2018. McCrea spent the 2017-18 season playing for two different clubs from the German Bundesliga. He started the season with Medi Bayreuth (Germany-BBL). McCrea played four games for them in the Basketball Champions League and averaged 2.0 ppg and 1.5 rpg. He appeared in five games in the German League, where he posted averages of 3.4 ppg and 2.0 rpg. In December 2017 the forward signed with the Walter Tigers Tuebingen and was able to play 10 games for them in the German BBL and register averages of 11.2 ppg and 4.7 rpg.
