J.P. Prince moves to Trabzonspor

J.P. Prince (203 cm, Tennessee’10) has agreed to terms on a deal to play for Trabzonspor Medical Park Basketbol (Turkey-BSL) for the remainder of 2015-16. Prince is coming over after starting off the season on the roster of Cholet Basket (France-Pro A). Before parting ways with the French club he was able to appear in 14 games and deliver averages of 9.1 ppg and 2.5 rpg.

The 28-year-old Prince spent his 2014-15 season playing for Telenet BC Oostende (Belgium-Scooore League). He played a single game for them in the Euroleague and he tallied 12 points and six rebounds. J.P. also played 16 games for Oostende during their run in the Eurocup and there he produced averages of 17.1 ppg and 2.3 rpg. Prince logged 40 games in the Belgian league, notching averages of 9.3 ppg and 1.3 rpg. He helped them win the Belgian league championship in 2015.
