Ike Okoye (206 cm, Boise State’10) is on his way to Argentina after landing a deal to play for Salta Basket (Argentina-TNA) this 2017. Ike is a 30-year-old Nigerian-American international player who has had extended experience playing for Latin American teams. Okoye began the 2016-17 season on the roster of Chilean team Club Deportivo Valdivia (Chile-Liga Nacional). He played nine games for them and was productive, averaging a double-double with 14.9 ppg and 12.4 rpg. Okoye also logged three games for Valdivia in the Liga Sudamericana and was able to put together averages of 11.0 ppg and 12.3 rpg.
