Ian O’Leary (201 cm, St. Mary’s College California’09) has agreed terms with Herbalife Gran Canaria 2014 and will play in the Spanish ACB again next season. The forward played for Blancos de Rueda Valladolid during the 2012/2013 season and played 28 games with the team. During those games the American-Irishman notched up averages of 11.6 points and 5.6 rebounds per game in the ACB. Ian O’Leary has been playing in Spanish Basketball since leaving St. Mary’s College in 2009 and has enjoyed stints in both the LEB Gold and the ACB. He will now continue in the top flight next season with Gran Canaria.
