Doron Perkins leaves Olympiacos

Doron Perkins (188 cm, Santa Clara’05) has parted company with Olympiacos Pireus (Greece, A1 and Euroleague) after 3 months with the team. Perkins joined with the Greek giants in February from China’s CBA team Foshan Long Lions but has found minutes on the court hard to come by. In fact the American point guard did not feature at all at the Euroleague Final Four in London where Olympiacos retained their Euroleague crown.

Earlier in the season Doron Perkins played with BC Donetsk from Ukraine’s Superleague and played two games in the Eurocup and averaged 12.5ppg and 7.5apg. The 30-year old also featured 14 times in the Ukrainian Superleague and posted numbers of 10.9ppg and 5.4apg.
