Donatas Visockis boosts Cheshire Phoenix

The Cheshire Phoenix from the United Kingdom’s British Basketball League have brought in Lithuanian big man Donatas Visockis (208 cm, Portland State’09) and the move has already paid dividends. In his first game for Cheshire Donatas scored 11 points and was an absolute beast on the glass with 18 rebounds.

In 2012-13 Visockis played in Cyprus’ Division A for Papa Johns Omonia Nicosia. In 10 games he was able to average 4.1 ppg and 4.5 rpg. In February 2013 he moved to Delikatesas Joniskis from Lithuania’s LKL. In six games he averaged 1.3 ppg and 1.3 rpg.
