Dimitar Dimitrov (203 cm) will be making his return to the Arkadia Traiskirchen Lions (Austria-A Bundesliga) this 2016-17. He is 23-year-old Bulgarian player who has been a member of the Bulgarian national team since 2012. Dimitar previously saw action for them back in 2013-14. He was originally supposed to start continue this season as a player for Lukoil Academic Sofia (Bulgaria-NBL). Dimitrov spent the full 2015-16 playing for Lukoil Academic. He played a dozen games for them in the FIBA Europe Cup and averaged 5.9 ppg and 2.8 rpg. Dimitar also appeared in a total of 34 games in the domestic Bulgarian league and there he registered averages of 10.0 ppg and 3.7 rpg.
