Derek Cooke goes pro with AGOR

Derek Cooke (206 cm, Wyoming’15) is headed to Europe to begin his professional career this 2015/16 after signing a deal to play for A.G.O Rethymno Aegean (Greece-A1). AGOR finished the 2014/15 regular season with a 14-12 record and is looking to improve its record for the upcoming season. As a rookie Cooke will get an opportunity to earn some solid playing time has he finds opportunities to contribute to his team. In his senior year at Wyoming, Cooke was able to produce averages of 8.1 ppg and 5.8 rpg. He also helped his team win the MWC Tournament in 2015.
