Deon Thompson joins Hapoel Jerusalem

Deon Thompson (203 cm, North Carolina’10) has agreed to terms with Hapoel Jerusalem (Israel-Winner League) this 2015. The 26-year-old Thompson will be a welcome reinforcement to the club’s roster at this stage in the season. Hapoel Jerusalem is currently second in the Winner League standings with their 17-7 record. Thompson is joining them after the Chinese CBA season ended. He palyed this 2014/15 for the Liaoning Jeibao Hunters. In 50 games he averaged 18.7 ppg and 8.3 rpg for the Chinese club.
