Demond Mallet returns to Charleroi

Demond Mallet (186 cm, McNeese State’01) is making his return to Belgacom Spirou Charleroi (Belgium, Ethias League) for his third stint with the club. The experienced guard last represented Charleroi during the 2011/2012 season where he played 26 games and posted impressive averages of 15.1 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game. The American left the club for the lure of Israeli giants Tel-Aviv and the Euroleague before returning later in the season.

Last season Demond Mallet played in the German BBL with the Artland Dragons. He played 27 games and averaged 11.3 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game. The 35-year old veteran will now return to Charleroi for the 2013/2014 campaign.
