David Simon inked by Talk n Text

David Simon (208 cm, IPFW’05) is coming to the Talk n Text Tropang Texters (Philippines-PBA) as a much needed replacement for Ivan Johnson. The Texters were reeling after Johnson had to serve a one-game suspension only to see him get ejected in his next game back. Thankfully, they were able to bring in Simon right away. David was fantastic in his first game for Talk n Text. He scored 35 points, pulled down 19 rebounds, and blocked four shots.

Simon signed with the Filipino club after starting the 2015-16 season playing for the Seoul Knights (South Korea-KBL). In 51 games David put together averages of 20.5 ppg and 9.0 rpg.
