David Lawrence signs with Timba Timisoara

David Lawrence (200 cm, Charleston’07) is headed back to Romania. He is joining BC Timba Timisoara (Liga Nationala) for the 2013-14 season. On record he was last signed by the Atlanta Aliens (ABA) for the 2012-13 season.

Lawrence last played in Romania in the 2011-12 season for U-Mobitelco BT Cluj Napoca (Liga Nationala). There he was able to play in six EuroChallenge games and average 9.2 ppg and 5.2 rpg. In 32 games in the Romanian league he logged averages of 9.3 ppg and 5.3 rpg. U.Mobitel.CN made it as far as the semifinals in the Romanian Liga Nationala in 2012.
