David Bell stays with Phoenix Hagen

David Bell (186 cm, Montana’03) has gotten a contract extension from Phoenix Hagen, from Germany’s BBL. Bell will be with the team until 2015. Bell did well in his return to Phoenix Hagen this 2012-13 season, averaging 15.7 ppg and 2.5 rpg in 34 games.

He was a member of the team in the 2010-11 season. In between, he signed a two-season contract with Gasterra Flames Groningen from the Netherlands’ Eredivisie. He played six games in the EuroCup for Groningen and averaged 15.0 ppg and 3.2 rpg. In the Dutch league he played 36 games and averaged 13.7 ppg and 4.1 rpg.
