Darryl Ashford signs with Kangoeroes

Darryl Ashford (193 cm, Creighton’12) is set to continue his career in Belgium’s Scooore league after signing with Kangoeroes Basket Willebroek this 2014-15. The 27-year-old Ashford spent his 2013-14 season playing for Forex Time Apollon (Cyprus-Division A). He played in a total of 11 games for the team and managed to produce averages of 8.4 ppg and 3.4 rpg. He saw very little usage then and will now get an opportunity to prove that he has what it takes to become a bigger contributor to his new team. The Kangoeroes are at the bottom of the league standings with a 0-6 record and have made some recent changes to their roster and Ashford is part of the infusion of said fresh blood.
