Dan Gadzuric signs with Anzoátegui

Dan Gadzuric (211 cm, UCLA’02) has signed with Marinos de Anzoátegui (Venezuela, LPB) after recently completing 12 games in the D-League with the Texas Legends where he averaged 12ppg and 11.3rpg. Gadzuric has been an NBA regular for much of his career, and this season he tried out with the Portland Trailblazers before leaving for the Legends.

Dan Gadzuric will be familiar to fans of the Milwaukee Bucks, for whom the Dutchman played 489 times between 2002 and 2010 and became known for his strong rebounding and scoring threat. The 35-year old center was traded to Golden State Warriors for the 2010-2011 season for $7,248,325; with the Warriors he played 28 games and averaged 2.8ppg and 3.1rpg.
