Curtis Washington moves to Taranaki

Taranaki Mountainairs of the New Zealand NBL has announced the signing of Curtis Washington (Georgia State’15) for the 2017 campaign. The American has already made his debut with the franchise and in his debut secured 6 points and 6 rebounds. Curtis Washington is switching from Mike Pero Nelson Giants (New Zealand, NBL) and over ten contest he numbered 9.3 points and 4.2 rebounds per game.

Last season the forward played for London Lightning in the Canadian NBL and through eight appearances he logged averages of 5.1 points and 2.0 boards per game. Washington has previously played in the Dominican Republic, Saudi Arabia, and Argentina.
