Cole Aldrich joins Tianjin Gold Lions

 After being released by the Atlanta Hawks, Cole Aldrich (211 cm, Kansas’10) is taking his game to China after landing a deal to play for the Tianjin Gold Lions (China-CBA). This will be a new chapter in his professional basketball career.

Aldrich saw minimal usage with the Minnesota Timberwolves in 2017-18. He played 21 games and averaged 0.6 ppg and 0.7 rpg in just over two minutes per game. The big man can renew his career in China where he should be a force in the low post for his team.
