Christien Charles added by Blackwater

Blackwater Elite (Philippines-PBA) is bringing in Christien Charles (216 cm, Villanova’06) as the team’s import for the next PBA season. Charles is 33-year-old veteran of Asian hoops. He began the 2014-15 season playing for HiTech Bangkok City (Thailand-TBL) in the ASEAN League. He played a total of 23 games for them and was able to put together averages of 20.5 ppg and 14.1 rpg.

In 2012-13 Christien played for the Chicago Steam (USA-ABA), later moving to the Chang Thailand Slammers (Thailand-ASEAN). In 23 games he produced averages of 19.1 ppg and 13.8 rpg.
