Chester Mason signs with Bnei Hasharon

Chester MasonChester Mason (192 cm, Miami, Ohio’05) has signed a short-term replacement contract in Israel with Bnei Eshet Tours Hasharon. Chester Mason played in Kuwait last season for Al Kuwait. Previously he also played in Croatia, Latvia, Bosnia, Slovenia, Turkey and the D-League. Mason was a big star in college where he ranked in the top of many of his school’s all-time statistical categories. He was also voted to the All-MAC 1st Team in 2005 and also All-MAC Defensive Player of the Year. Bnei Hasharon is currently in 7th place of the Israeli Winner league but has had several rosters changes recently. Herb Pope left in January to sign with VAP Kolossos Rodou from Greece, J.R Reynolds replaced Milt Palacio who then went to Lietuvos Rytas from Lithuania and Derrick Caracter joined the team in December.
