Chasson Randle to boost Real Madrid

Chasson RandleChasson Randle (187 cm, Stanford’15) has agreed to a deal with Real Madrid (Spain-Liga Endesa) and will be strengthening the team’s backcourt this 2017-18. The Stanford product was waived by the New York Knicks this summer and will once again be taking his game to Europe. Randle began the 2016-17 season with the Philadelphia 76ers, where he played eight games and averaged 5.3 ppg. Chasson had a one-game stint with the Delaware 87ers (D-League) where he managed to score 14 points while handing out five assists. The guard later moved to the Westchester Knicks (D-League). Randle logged 20 games there and posted impressive averages of 20.9 ppg and 3.7 apg. He was called back up to the NBA by the New York Knicks, where he finished off the season. In 18 games Chasson produced averages of 12.6 ppg and 1.6 apg.
